Investment Size
Typically we invest $200,000 – $2,500,000 for our initial investment with follow-on investment. We can consider larger investments where appropriate. We also partner with a select group of other investors where they bring added strategic value to a transaction.
Geographic focus:
Primarily companies based in the US, though will consider companies with operations in other countries on a select basis.
Type of investment:
Equity, preferred equity or debt under appropriate circumstances.
Ownership/control:
Majority or minority with voting control and other protective provisions.
